Lisa Fuller, Senior Sales Associate
On her first visit to San Francisco more than
20 years ago, Lisa fell in love with the City and
it was only a matter of time before she made the
move from visitor to resident. Her love affair
with San Francisco and its stunning architectural
variety strongly influenced her choice of a career
in real estate.
Prior to working in real estate, Lisa worked in
professional fields that allowed her to help make
a positive difference in people's lives. From a
career as a congressional liaison and federal student
financial aid advocate, to a successful career
as an executive coach and consultant in the real
estate industry, Lisa's work has helped countless
individuals reach new heights in their personal
and professional lives.
Over time, her involvement in the real estate
industry led her to her current role. As a San
Francisco homeowner, she knows firsthand the joys
and challenges of buying property here in the City.
Lisa's life coaching skills make her uniquely
qualified to help her clients fully understand
what they want and need in a home. She brings to
her clients a passion for helping people to achieve
their goals, and whether working with people on
buying or selling their first home or their tenth,
she helps move them easily through what could otherwise
be a stressful time.
Since one of the best ways to build personal wealth
is through real estate, and since success in all
areas of life is aided by a great home environment,
Lisa feels incredibly rewarded to help her clients
find the perfect place to call home.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys hiking and other
outdoor activities, spending time exploring the
city on foot with her dog, Ginger, San Francisco's
unparalleled nightlife, and volunteering for projects
that help the community.
"Catching a moving train…learning
to swim…dating: the common analogies I heard
when others described a first-time home buyer’s
experience. I can gladly say that through the guidance
of a knowledgeable and skilled professional, Lisa
Fuller, I was able to easily and efficiently do
all of the above." - Buyer
"Lisa’s concrete expertise and understanding
of the San Francisco market is evident. She patiently
walked me through the process of home purchase,
recommended fellow professionals that helped with
financing and inspections, and performed a comprehensive
analysis on comparable properties. However, I found
Lisa’s soft skills and “holistic approach,” attributes
that are not readily available in all real estate
agents, as her most valuable assets. This skill
set includes clear, honest communication and the
ability to genuinely understand my individual needs.
She was able to quickly and accurately assess my
objectives and hone the property search to my unique
requirements. In addition, though the buying process
is harrowing and stressful, Lisa always maintained
my best interests as her first priority. Through
her skilled negotiation with the owner via the
selling agent, we were able to save over $50,000
on our home through the offer process.
At all times
during the process, Lisa went above and beyond
our expectations. There were no “weekends”,
evenings that were “too late”, or mornings
that were “too early” for her as we
literally kept in constant contact. In addition,
when the seller would not agree to provide a home
warranty, she provided a needed sense of security
in voluntarily purchasing one. She does not overlook
the smallest detail as we were welcomed into our
new home with a card and a dozen roses on the kitchen
counter. Each and all of her efforts contributed
to a positive experience.
Everyone says that one will inevitably falter
a couple times in your first instance of home-buying.
I am frankly surprised, albeit pleasantly, in how
I have absolutely no regrets from my first real-estate
undertaking. This is undoubtedly to Lisa’s
credit." - Failop Chu
"Dennis and I wanted to thank you for your
help in finding a loft to suit our needs here in
San Francisco. We definitely required guidance
due to our ignorance of the market in California.
It has been a long held dream to live here but
we would have made mistakes if not for you! Parking,
closet space, rental laws, area trends and pricing,
all needed explaining.
Everyone is awed by the loft that you found for us and we feel very lucky too.
Drop by and say "hello" anytime. Thanks again—we are recommending
you to some friends from Arizona so expect a call." - Dennis Spain & Lesley
