Teryl Jackson, Director of Marketing
Teryl Jackson is the senior member of the Climb
Real Estate organization. As the Director of Marketing,
she exclusively partners with Chris Lim and Amanda
Jones on the marketing and sales of luxury properties
at The Brannan, 88 Townsend, and The Glassworks.
With
over 17 years of experience, Ms. Jackson has held
important leadership roles at The Mark Company,
Pacific Marketing Associates, and RMA Consultants.
Previously, she had been the Sales and Marketing
Director for TPG Development on over 700 units.
In the last 6 years, she has sold over 1,000 new
units in San Francisco--with an emphasis on South
Beach, Mission Bay, and SOMA.
Ms. Jackson has extensive
sales management expertise in new condominiums
and development sales such as Glassworks, 88 Townsend,
Bridgeview, 350 Jackson, The Brannan, 175 Bluxome,
and Alamo Square in San Francisco. As a California
and Hawaii licensed real estate salesperson, her
expertise in both new construction and residential
resales can be seen in both San Francisco and Hawaii.
