About Helen Walker
My strengths as a Realtor come from years of experience in negotiation, business management and client relations skills. Since I became a Realtor in 2002, I have been one of the top selling agents at Thornwall Properties. I am currently the immediate past President of the Berkeley Association of Realtors and serve on the Executive, Education and Budget Committees.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked for eighteen years in sales and global account management in the corporate world. I work primarily in residential sales, representing buyers and sellers in Oakland, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito and Richmond with the majority of my sales in Berkeley, my hometown for over 25 years. Very involved in the community, I sat on the board of the Berkeley High School Development Group and co-chaired the main fundraiser for the high school crew team. I am very lucky to have lived in the East Bay since 1982. I have one daughter who is currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. I bring the highest level of professionalism to my clients and my success will depend on your success.

About Kathryn Stein
Kathryn has been in real estate for over twenty-eight years and has been affiliated with Thornwall Properties since 1984. She is consistently one of the top producing real estate agents at Thornwall and her years of experience have helped to guide clients through the ever-changing San Francisco East Bay market.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Kathryn and her husband lived in Japan and upon their return they worked together in their construction business. Her knowledge of the construction of homes has made her an unparalleled resource to both buyers and sellers.
Her clients have returned to her over the years and continue to refer their friends and colleagues to her. Over 90% of her real estate business is generated through clients and agent referrals and is the basis of her business. She has had the experience and pleasure of handling over 450 transactions.
Kathryn has an understanding of other cultures and lifestyles from years of living abroad in Switzerland, England, and Japan. She has two children who attended the East Bay Waldorf School and Albany High. Her son graduated in 2008 from UC Santa Cruz and her daughter graduated in 2009 from the Global College program at Long Island University. She enjoys cultural activities, cooking, reading, traveling, dancing, tennis and hiking.
